User Contract & Terms Agreement
This contract establishes the mutual obligations between you (the “User”) and Food Prep Ideas (“Provider”) regarding the non-commercial license to view our recipe archives, culinary calculators, and batch schedules.

Article I — Formation & Contracting Parties

If accessing this site on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these contract provisions.
Article II — Intellectual Property & Permitted License
The Provider hereby grants the User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to browse recipe protocols, execute batch calculations on personal client hardware, and save printable grocery schedules. All rights not expressly granted herein remain exclusively reserved by Food Prep Ideas.
Article III — Disclaimers & Limitation of Remedies
The recipe guides, nutritional approximations, and equipment reviews are provided “AS IS” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular clinical health outcome. The User acknowledges that ingredient freshness, kitchen hygiene, and allergen cross-contact remain the exclusive responsibility of the User.
Article IV — Electronic Communications & Inquiries
When communicating with us via our contact desk or electronic mail, you agree to provide truthful and non-abusive communications. We respond to inquiries directly without enrolling your email address in unsolicited marketing lists.
Article V — Dispute Resolution & Inquiries
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be settled through good-faith administrative communication prior to formal litigation. Notice of contractual claims or license inquiries may be directed to our designated legal administrator.
