Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix panko, parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a shallow dish. Whisk egg in another dish.
Dip each chicken tender in beaten egg, then press into parmesan breadcrumbs to coat.
Arrange tenders on one side of the baking sheet and tossed green beans on the other side.
Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, flipping chicken at minute 10, until tenders are golden and 165°F.
